I really love the pace of this series so far. The second book is as good as the first. There is one plot arrangement that I am not happy with so I hope the author turns that around in the third book, there is an elf character that I think should not have been included after her initial installment in the first book, but other than that the story remains well told. The characters are well developed. The new world brought into this book is also well relayed. If you have read the first book then you will be happy with this next one.
