i am in search of people willing to help me order the isbn linked below of scott o'dell's island of the blue dolphins. my mom teaches special education to 4-6th graders. last year, some of you helped me get 'the cay' for their classroom, so they'd each have copies of their own to read along from. this year, she is doing 'island of the blue dolphins' but doesn't have enough books for each kid. i was wondering if anyone would be willing to order a copy for me and have it sent to me, since i can only order one copy at a time. i will buddy you a credit and give you my address, just let me know! i need at least 7 copies for now until i get more credits and preferably all from that isbn since there are 82 in the system. thanks in advance for all your help, guys!

Why can you only order one copy at a time?? Just curious.

i'm not entirely sure of the reasoning, but you (general) can not order more than one of the same isbn at the same time thru this system. i have to wait until this one is received until i can order another. i don't know, but it's their rules, and i'll follow them because i love this place. :)

thanks to all who are helping make these kids get excited about reading! last year, when i did this for my mom and got copies of the cay, she said the kid's eyes boggled when she showed them they'd all have their own copies. heck, they treated those books as if they were made of some precious metal, just because it meant so much to them!

no more books are needed due to the generosity of this club! thanks for helping get kids interested in reading, everyone! :)
