This is one of Tapply's earlier books in the Brady Coyne series. He writes a good mystery that moves along and has an interesting cast of characters. Although you can guess the "bad guy", the book is great for a plane or the beach/poolside. Not as good a Robert Parker's Spenser series, but as Tapply develops the character, he does improve with age. He'll get there.
I love Tapply mysteries and this is just another good one.
