Three women who are interwoven in this book and some don't know the connections that exist between them, one knows all of the details, good and bad. Tia, had an affair with a married man and when she became pregnant he ran for the door. Juliette is married to this cheating man, but only knows bits and pieces of the full story. Caroline is the adoptive mother of the child and may be the most clueless of the bunch, of the story and of herself and her own true happiness.

What a depressing book! Three women; one has an affair and finds herself pregnant by a married man. She gives up her baby in an open adoption to Caroline, who really doesn't want to be a mother and is only doing this for her husband's sake. The married man who has his head in the sand tells his wife, who decides to see the child he said he didn't know he had. She decides she could never forgive him and asks him to leave.

There is no substance to this book; don't waste your time.
