I seem to have ended up with two copies of this book otherwise it would be posted here by me... This books is a terrific book for the tarot student who is serious about reading the cards, understanding the symbols and gaining insights into life itself.
Starting with the fascinating history of the European Tarot and its Egyptian roots, author Cassandra Eason describes what tarot cards are, how they work, and how to use them for divination, insight, and greater self-understanding. From cleansing a deck and seeking protection from negative energies, to reading the cards for others and keeping a journal, this book introduces readers to a revered fortunetelling tradition.
