I found this very interesting! Don't expect the whole book to be about sexual positions, because it's not. It deals with different aspects of a lot of different relationships, INCLUDING sex in its many forms. I thought it was a fascinating read!
Currently 2/5 Stars.

If you like translated religious texts, you'll like this one. However, if you're looking for something a little racy, you'll be disappointed. Doesn't quite live up to the hype.
The Kama Sutra is so much more than a text on sexual behavior. It is also a sociological commentary on what behavior was permitted for both men and women of that time.
It deals with many controversial subjects, such as the appropriate behavior of a man to his wife and wives, the appropriate (and sometimes inappropriate but common) behavior of an elder wife to other wives and the younger wife to the elder wives (polyamorous groups would do well to read this section).
It also talks about how to court a wife and what to do to keep her.
