When I joined I was using Windows and IE as my browser. Since switching to Mac and Safari, I have lost the ability to format text in my posts. This is as exciting as it gets and I cannot post links. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with some Mac browsers.  I've stopped posting from my old Mac laptop because I can't format my posts, and all the lines run together in a big blob   However, if you use Firefox, you can format your text.  (You may end up liking Firefox better - it's the browser I use and it has a lot of nice features.)

Or, if you want to keep using Safari, you can use HTML tags to format your posts.

Yeah, it's a browser thing. I can't format anything on this site which is really frustrating. I use Safari. I've been told that Firefox works here but I'm too lazy to download it. HTML tags don't seem to work for me and my Safari.

I had the same problem on my Mac when I used Safari.   Firefox lets me format my texts without any problem.

I'm on a Mac, though I don't use Safari. I use Camino with no problems. I loved Firefox on Windows, but prefer Camino on Mac. It's a Mozilla product, also.

Carol - Thanks for signing up! The Poo~Pourri is a fun gift that actually WORKS! Thanks everyone for your replies. I guess I'll download Firefox or Camino this weekend. I feel so stifled not being able to express myself in my posts! LOL! I've ran into other sites that are the same, although they specify IE as the only compatible browser. Thank you again!
