Here's the problem, need some help.

Book was wishlisted on my shelf. Requester then cancelled. Now book is on 48 hour wishlist hold on my shelf again from same requestor. I think I have the only one available on PBS but it doesn't meet her conditions. What to do so this cycle does not go on and on and on ....................

I think you need to wait until she requests it and then click the "does not meet requestor conditions". Then, that copy of the book is unavailable to that requestor.
