I sent a book (didn't use the instant credit option)... USPS indicated that it had been delivered... Receiver didn't mark it so.  After about a week I PM'd the member asking if the book had been received.  The response was that she had been in the hospital but, yes, she had gotten the book.  I replied with hopes for a speedy recovery and asked if she could mark the book received.  She didn't.  About a week later I sent a message to "Contact Us" in which I cut and pasted the messages back and forth, asking if they could mark the book received for me.  I don't want to keep bugging this lady if she's ill... I'm sure she's got other priorities at the moment.  But now "Contact Us" hasn't responded and it's been several days since I messaged them.

What to do?

I am also waiting for an answer on a matter that I sent in more than a couple days ago.  I assume, they're busy.  I was going to wait till Monday and then try again.  Good luck.

Normally they will respond within 24 & 48 hours of you sending a msg, but remember there was a huge problem with the system this week where site couldn't even be accessed so they may be backlogged on responding to issues.

I didn't realize that.  Thanks for the info.  I don't want to bug them again if they're swamped.
