Quentin Carter has a decent amount of talent- much more than some of the so called urban-lit authors of today.
The description here on PBS is good so I won't rewrite all that it was about here but I'd recommend to an urban-fiction reader in a heartbeat. In Cahootz and Hoodwinked were both awesome and they were the reason I had certain expectations with this one. I'm pleased to say that my expectations were met. I can't wait to read more!
