Is it me, or has the "convert" button gone missing from the Wish List page?  I have a book that I want to change from my WIsh List to my Reminder List and I can't do it.  I know I can put it on "hold" but I guess I'd rather it was just on a Reminder List for some point later in time.

They removed the feature when they upgraded the wishlist.  Too many members were converting their whole wishlist.  :/

Books can be on both lists now so they took the convert button away.  Like Jub says-too many people were accidentally removing WL books.

When  teh had the convert button it would remove the books from the WL and put them on the reminder.  So people would lose their place in line.

I don't think it people converting their whole wish list. It was the accidental conversions. With the conversion feature, if you were browsing and hit the Reminder button on one of your Wish List books, it took it off of your Wish and moved it to your Reminder. Members were converting not realizing that it was removing the book from their Wish List. In order to prevent that, they needed to change it so that the book is allowed on both list. Thus the loss of a conversion button.

That doesn't make sense. When you are on your RL you can add a book to your WL and it doesn't remove it from your RL so why can't it work that way in both directions?

I'm not saying you all aren't correct just that it makes no sense to do it that way.

A book on your wishlist can be added to your reminder list, but it's now a two step process.  From your wishlist, hover cursor over the book illustration, you should get a pop up box.  Below the '+wish' button should be a '+RL' button.  Click the RL button, and then delete the book from your WL.

Yes, Chris you are correct, but thats not how it used to work. Prior to the Wish List Upgrade when the Convert To buttons were still available, if you added a book to your Reminder List, it automatically removed it from your Wish List. A book could not be on both lists at once before the upgrade they did.
