In the last couple of weeks, I have been posting several cookbooks from my mother's collection.  She was a home economics teacher and had quite a collection.  I ended up, after the ones that she had bought for herself and for me, with many duplicates, after her death.  I have just now gotten around to going through them, giving many to my daughters and daughter-in-law.  These are some of the extra ones that I have.  Take a look!
