I have really enjoyed the Time Life Cookbooks of other countries. This cookbook give you real do-able recipes and a chance to try India's ethnic cooking. There are lots of colorful picture of not only the recipes but the people and the land. I found this to be more than a cookbook. It was enjoyable reading about India, their way of life and the history behind the way they eat. It was like going on a trip there!
