This is among my favorite cookbooks! It's put out by the same people that publish Southern Living Magazine. There are about 20 pages are full of exercise and eating tips that are very helpful! There's even a calorie chart unique information on some different things like Lychee nuts, ugli fruit, and cactus leaves. It has close to 250 great recipes and ideas. If your looking for things that are light, interesting and exciting - this is a great book.
