Half the book is ingredients, the other recipes. Wonderful and useful information when going to the Asian section of your supermarket, or if you're lucky enough to visit a Japanese market. The recipes are easy to ready and easy to complete. Loads of photos throughout. The content is the exactly the same as "Japanese Cooking" ISBN 1843094304, but this book is smaller in size.
