A member requested two books from me and I accepted the request.  Later, when I tried to print the label, I got a message that basically said... 'Hold on a Sec!  This member has requested another book from you'  (she had, but it hadn't cleared the buyer's remorse  hour yet).  I waited a bit, the third request came through and was added as part of the bulk request with her other two books.

Maybe I'm just easily amused, but I thought this was a cool feature... one that I hadn't noticed before.

I don't think it's new.  I'm guessing tha most of us aren't fast enough on label printing to get that though.

Cool!   I always try to order two books from the same person.   This might save them some money!      I love it when they sneak new little features in on us like that to make it easier.

I haven't had that happen before, and I have had people order more than one book but on separate orders. It's been a few months since that last happened though, so it must be relatively new. And cool!

I had it happen a while back.  I learned not to print the labels until a day or so has passed so that if they do want to get another book from me I can catch it before I buy postage and wrap the book. ;D

I looked it up, they added that feature in July. I keep noticing little things like that and wonder if it's been there all along and I'm unobservant, LOL I've never had anyone request more than 1 book at a time though, so I've never been privileged enough to use the bulk requests label. ;-)

That's excellent.  I am bad about holding on to credits in order to have more than 1 or 2 at a time!  I haven't had anyone order more than one book off my list yet but I'm looking forward to it. :-p

Wow that is cool! I've had people order more then one from me but it never did that. I'm assuming they were still in the middle of their order when that happened.

I wish somehow the system could automatically recognize when two (or more) books are going to the same person. I've had people request 2 (or more) books from me on the same day but at different times (say 2 hours later) and I wish it could pick up something like that but I know that's asking too much. I don't think there's a way any system could do that.

Bookbean that is EXACTLY what this feature does.  As long as you haven't printed the wrapper for the first book with postage the system will recognise the second one is going to the same address and will combine them.  I had this happen to me once (didn't accept a request right away, then logged on later that day after getting a *second* request email for a second book -which reminded me about the first request- and poof! it had turned into one bulk request for 2 books)... I thought it was great.
