I received a book today that had the top right corner cut off with what appears to have been  scrap booking scissors or the like (wavy line cut). It's about 2.5 by 2 inches and the author's last name is virtually all gone (it's only 3 letters long, but only the bottom portion of the first letter is left).  I didn't plan to re-post it, so should I mark it as RWP or just PM the sender and let them know that it probably should not have been posted as it does not meet conditions?  It's in good condition otherwise.

I would mark it received with a problem since more than 2 inches is cut off at the corner.  Only less than one inch is OK to post.

I would mark it Received with a Problem as it was a book that should not have been posted.  Just as June said, it has to be less than 1 inch cut off for it to be ok to post.

Please always post as RWAP if you receive a book that doesn't meet the guidelines.  Simply sending a PM won't help R&R weed out problem traders.  Even if it was an honest mistake, it's good to let them keep track of things like this, that way they can address a pattern if they see one before it gets out of control. :)
