The Corpse Who Knew Too Much is the fourth installment in the A Food blogger Mysteries series featuring blogger, Hope Early and set in the small town of Jefferson, Connecticut. Hope is basking in the success of her food blog, Hope at Home and is looking forward to teaching a class on blogging at the local library.

Hope's sister Claire has a new tenant moving into the apartment above her shop, Staged with Style and it turns out to be none other than an old classmate, Devon Markham. Devon is a popular podcaster and her true crime series, Search for the Missing has a strong following. Devon's latest project is to find out what happened to her mother, Joyce who disappeared without a trace one day while Devon and her sister, Felice were at school.

Devon sits down to discuss what she knows about her mother's disappearance with Hope and says that because Hope has experience solving mysteries she wants her to help close the cold case. When Devon suddenly disappears and is found murdered, Hope knows that she not only has to track down Devon's killer but also find out what happened twenty years ago to Joyce.

Teaming up with her boyfriend, Ethan and best friend and reporter, Drew - Hope must act quickly before she becomes the killer's next target. A fast paced plot with plenty of suspects, the right touch of romance, a delightful dog and a shocking reveal, this is a wonderful addition to the series.
