There have been several discussions started about book cover art and models but none of them appear to be currently active and/or none have mentioned this topic.  I was wondering what if we started a gallery of covers where people could submit, comment, vote on best and worse, make snarky comments, maybe even include favorites paranormal but keeping to romance, scifi/fantasy, dark fantasy, etc. ?  Maybe here we could view all the covers side by side of a particular model (Nathan Kamp springs to mind).

I love cover art, 8 times out of 10 if a cover catches my eye I'll probably read the book (even if it later doesn't match the books contents).  Surely I am not the only one in this boat?  Now I'm talking about  covers that are not just photographs or abstract designs (with some exceptions), they have to have been airbrushed at least a little to qualify IMHO or actually (gosh) be art.  I guess a lot of my favorite covers cover from DAW on their scifi/fantasy books which now have done cross-overs to the PNR field.  Just throwing this out for discussion...Hoping to hear from other "fans" of this type of art and maybe see contributions????  If you know of a website that is already doing this, please let me know.

One place that talks about cover art often is the Smart Bitches website.  Lots of cover snarkiness.

For SF and steampunk cover I go to
