I have a book called Cowboy and the Kid. by J. Brim Crow 111

It is full of black and white photos of old cowboy stars. This would be great for some boy who grew up in the 30's maybe that used to go to the picture show on Saturday ! LOL\

(I just pulled some names out of the book, as I am too young to remember most of these.

although, there are some of John Wayne and Jimmy Stewart, and I do remember Maverick and bonanza ! LOL

Over in the Westerns Thread, Heather H. posted that she is looking for some books for her elderly uncle who loves westerns.  You might suggest this book to her over in that thread.  It sounds like a good match!!

Thanks Stephanie, I didn't realize there was a Western thread. You have opened my eyes to a whole lot more to look at on this site. (And my husband will than k you too,) LOL !
