Psychological/thriller. A gruesome serial killer is on the loose. His victims are pregnant women and mothers with children. Joanna Michaels is a midwife. She discovers one of her clients is a victim, she fears others will fall victim as well.

She teams up with her forensic vet friend Joe to try to find this killer before he can kill again. But Joanna has a secret she is hiding. Can this secret be the key to the murders?
