Hi, does anyone know if it's normal for credits that are purchased in the kiosk, to not show up quickly? I bought 10 credits yesterday morning, via paypal, and they haven't been applied to my account yet. Any thoughts? Thanks, J |

Hi Jessika! This is some info that I found in the Help Center: Did you buy a Gift Certificate instead of buying credits directly?
If you did not purchase a gift certificate, and your purchase is not registering in your account within a few hours, this is probably a PayPal malfunction. Sometimes they don't transmit the transaction info to us, and we have to add the purchase manually.
