Hi, does anyone know if it's normal for credits that are purchased in the kiosk, to not show up quickly?

I bought 10 credits yesterday morning, via paypal, and they haven't been applied to my account yet. Any thoughts? Thanks, J

Hi Jessika! This is some info that I found in the Help Center:

Did you buy a Gift Certificate instead of buying credits directly?

  • This is usually the problem.
  • Clicking on Credits in the Kiosk will allow you to purchase credits directly.
  • Gift Certificates need to be redeemed to apply credits to your account.

If you did not purchase a gift certificate, and your purchase is not registering in your account within a few hours, this is probably a PayPal malfunction. Sometimes they don't transmit the transaction info to us, and we have to add the purchase manually.

  • If this is the case, please forward your PayPal purchase receipt email to librarian@paperbackswap.com and we will take care of this.

Hope it helps you!
