Are credits transferable between PBS and the sister sites swapadvd and swapacd?

They are. Go up to where it says "Kiosk" on the menu than click on "Transfer Credits".

3 PBS credits = 2 Swapadvd credits

Although I don't use the CD site, I think any PBS credits transferred there is 1 to 1.

Kellie is right, SwapaCD credits are equal to PBS credits. It's only on DVD that they are 3:2.

You will not be able to transfer the start up credits, they are only usable on the site they are granted on (since they are for using to familiarize yourself with the site).
