How do You return a cridit to another member?

If they are requesting a credit return because of a transaction, Go to the blue link called Transaction Archive on your my account page and find your transaction.  There will be a button available to return their credit.  It is important to return it from here because it documents that your credit was for that specific transaction.

If you are just giving someone a credit.  You can click on their name in a PM and it will pull up their PBS information and there will be a Give Credit button. 

Click on their name to see their profile.  There will be a place there to send credits.

Also if you ordered a book, or they did from you, you can go to your main account and find Transaction archives and click on the name from there.

BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING CHANGES IN YOUR TRANSACTION ARCHIVE!!!!

Be very careful to match up the Sender information (name/nickname, location) before marking  anything since Transaction Archive changes generally cannot be reversed and sometimes you will see multiple listings for the same book title there.  Be sure to confirm you have the correct Sender/Transaction before taking any actions.
