I have been collecting crochet books (and some knitting books) for a long time and have a collection of over 500 books...it's time to downsize.   If you are looking for a particular book, please PM and maybe we can make a deal.  Although many of the books are vintage,  I would not send any that are not in very good condition without checking with you first.

Hi,

My name is Mary and I 'm interested in your books. Do u have any from the 60's and 70's.  Crochet mostly.  What would you like to trade for?

I am looking for a copy of Womancraft magazine from September or October of 1979.  It has a pattern for a crocheted swan that I really want to make.  Missed it on ebay some time back and cannot find it anywhere.

I, too, am a patternoholic, lol.   So if you ever need or receive a request for a pattern you can't find, let me know.

Thanks,

Jackie

Ladies,  I have discovered Tunisian or Afghan stitch crochet. I am loving this...but have had difficulty finding patterns. Any books with this type of crochet in  your collection?

I once saw a pattern for a baby doll  and cradle that became a draw string bag to carry dolly and her clothes and accessories.  I've searched for many years and haven't been able to find any chance you have it?  I have 4 grandaughters that I would love to make it for.

Janice, I found a couple of patterns for this.  Here's a link to both of them. The second one doesn't have pictures on the link, but I saw pictures elsewhere & it looked a little larger & not like a cupcake & maybe a little simpler to make. Hope these work for you!

I'm interested in bead and tapestry crochet - do you have any books on either subject?
