I love this cookbook! It was published in 1976. What I like best is the simplicity of the recipes. Just good ol' home cooking, tasty and filling with out a bunch of gourmet or odd ingredients. It has all day recipes (more than 8 hours), part day cooking,(less than 6 hours)- so many good wholesome recipes.
