I started reading this series. I'm currently on The Gathering Storm (Book 5). I was wondering, does it continue to follow the same pace through this book and into the last two? Lots of wandering...lots of talking...a lot more wandering...a little bit of action or a slightly suspenseful moment. I feel character traits are starting to blend together with other characters making them all alike. Has someone else read this series that can tell me that it's really worth it to finish the series? I do intend on completing it but it might find it's way on the back burner for a little while, because I'm starting to feel like it's running over itself this deep into the series.

I've read/finished this series, a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it, but would say that if you are having problems at book 5, put it on the backburner and go read something that lights your fire.

But don't stop reading. It is good :-)

Ya, I've been trying to break it up between the books, but even when reading there are some parts that seem to a labor. It's still got parts that make me want to continue reading, but I might start breaking into new books in between chapters of Crown of Stars.
