AWESOME book! This book helped us to see what was wrong with our attempts to get our two year old to sleep (only for her to sleep about four hours a night and not take a nap) to going to bed at 8:30 and getting up at 9 in the morning and taking a nap every afternoon! This book covers numerous toddler and preschool sleep problems by getting to the root of the problem not one-fits-all solutions. Covers things such as not going to sleep, night waking, potty training with sleep problems, parental seperation, nightmares/night terrors, and more. A wonderful guide for helping your child and you in turn get a good nights rest.
I have read all of her books. Great approaches that work within a day or two but it I saw the difference by the next nap. My children liked her approaches and it really helped me to understand why they were driving me crazy and to change my thought process to help neutralize the situation. A+++++++
