Crystal Clear is the story of Paul Saxon [a Lord] who is on his way to Africa to begin his new career, who suddenly finds that he is engaged to someone he's never heard of -- through an announcement in the TIMES. He sets out in search of the mysterious "Helga, only daughter of Madame de Brulais," and never finds her. But he does find a beautiful girl, Antonia. Eventually all does become crystal clear, with the help of Madame de Brulais, including an ancient family mystery. Cadell once again delivers a charming love story that meets all of her fans' requirements!
