Brown chicken breasts in oil. Drain off remaining oil. Add chicken stock, salt, wine, soy sauce, curry, and honey. Cook over medium heat until chicken is tender and sauce begins to thicken. Then add apples, celery, raisins, and nuts. Cook 10-15 minutes longer until apples and celery are tender. Serve with rice.
The first time I made this, I did not have red wine or soy sauce so I substituted with 2 Tbsp. of teriyaki sauce. It was delicious!
