Hi there!

I was attempting to print a label for a BOB around lunchtime today and selected the delivery confirmation option.  When I got the screen with the PDF - it had my name/address as both the shipper and receiver!  It also printed the books -I- wanted instead of the swapper I was mailing to.

I clicked on help and emailed a live person.  She said she had heard another person report this problem today also and that I should email the receiver to get her address.

My question is - can I tape a corrected receiver/receviing address on this label and using the printed delivery confirmation barcode?  Or does the barcode include routing information that makes it corrupted and unusable? I tried to reprint the label just minutes ago and it is still not showing the receiver's information.

I've already paid for the DC with my PBS money - what are my options?
