Ok I ordered a book from someone on Friday. Well they sent just as they said they would. Well the DC was scanned and now it seems to have been scanned again but now behind the Enroute thing it says UNKNOWN. What's with that? I have never seen this on any other books I have ordered. I just really hope the address didn't come off or something to that affect. It is a wishlist book I have been waiting a long time for.=(

I would not worry about it. Sometimes the books don't get scanned until they are delivered-hence 'delivery' confirmation.. its only been a few days, i would not be concered until it gets close to the 'lost' deadline-probably 3 or so weeks away.

I wouldn't worry either -- it's definitely on its way, even if it doesn't know where it is!

It just means that there's no name/location associated with the location that it was scanned at. But the fact that it was scanned does mean that it's on the way to you! I know the facility in Sterling, VA used to scan like that until a few months ago.

I had one like that in NOV/DEC last year (that I sent).  It had the Enroute Unknown for about 2 weeks. It finally arrived at destination and as far as I know all was ok. The DC detail finally stated it arrived at unit and delivered. I did wonder what would happen if it were lost. I had already gotten the credits since I used DC... BUT it did arrive and all was ok..  I am not a patient person, but sometimes you just have to be.
