Posted this in the Postal Regulations but didn't get any replies so thought maybe I'd try this since there's usually more traffic here. 

I just mailed 2 packages with the DC "quick credit", came home and marked them mailed and the green quick credit check mark didn't come on.

Do you think this means there's a problem?  Usually it shows "quick credit" and then the actual credit shows up later in the day. 

Did you use the printed postage or just the DC?  If you just use the DC then the credit doesn't show up until the book is scanned and the post office computers update with PBS.  Sometimes they show up quickly if they happen to be scanned and updated right away. Sometimes they don't show up for a day or two if the post office doesn't update. 

I noticed this too. I mailed some today. I think that PBS just hasn't communicated with the postal service, or maybe its slow today.

I wouldn't worry about it until tomorrow, sometimes that communication happens overnite.

Mine just show the DC number, and not even the first DC entry yet (NOT the scan, just the first entry that says the DC number was accepted).. I think when you get that first DC entry, that's when you will get the checkmark.

I sent in feedback on this after seeing your post. Even if there isn't a scan, the checkmark indicating it was sent using Quick Credit should still be there, unless they changed the site process recently. I have a bunch sent today and one sent on the 11th that doesn't have the checkmark either.

Yes Melanie that is what alerted me, I think the green check mark is always right there after I mark it mailed.   Thanks for sending the feedback in for "us". 

Ah  - just checked my account again and  my check mark and credit arrived on both of mine. Hope yours are on the way also.

I didn't think twice about it  ... just figured it was slow or something.

I haven't heard back from them, but when you hover over a check mark it says "you received credit..." so maybe they did change it to only showing up once the book is scanned and credit received. I don't like that, I like to see on the main page what I mailed with DC and what I didn't.  None of my books have been scanned yet so I'll see what happens when a scan goes through.

I received feedback that they have fixed a bug and the checkmarks will show up when we get the credits.

I'm having the same problem.  I have 4 books that I mailed in the last week that the green check mark isnt there on even though 3 others have it and I used Quick Credit with all of them.  I contacted PBS but no response back from them so far.

As of yesterday the checkmark will appear only when the Quick Credit has been given.  If your book has not yet been scanned, then you will not show the checkmark.
