I have a book requested by someone. However, I don't send books out without DC. When I went to print her label, I got the error message about "DC not available for this address".
I know that (from the help centre): Even if the requestor changes her address to a valid address, if you have already downloaded the address file to send this book, you will not be able to change the address for the transaction now.
But my question is: what exactly is meant by 'downloaded the address file'? The last time I did this, I clicked print anyway, and got the label. I assumed that's what this meant (that I printed/viewed the address). However, this time, I haven't. I immediately stopped when I got the "DC not available for this address" message, and PM'ed the person requesting the book.
Turns out, she'd left off her apartment number, and corrected it. Since I haven't printed the label, shouldn't I be able to go ahead and print it with the correct address? Because I can't. I still get the "DC not available for this address" message.
