Here's a website that has compiled a list, with links, of every website they could find with DRM-free ebooks. http://www.thegalaxyexpress.net/2009/03/list-of-drm-free-publishers.html

Be sure you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. It looks as if there's a list of only about a dozen, but if you keep scrolling down, you'll find more. 

Some we know about, some were new to me. I hope you find something good. 

Caution: some of these websites sell erotica, or have erotica sections. If that's gonna bother you, be warned.
