Ok so I sent an audio book and the receiver said it was damaged.....no big deal I buddied her, her credits back as in two credits. but then I noticed in the tranaction archive there is a refund button.....my question is this did I make a mistake by buddying her her credits back? Or should I have done it from the refund button in the transaction archive?.......I mean either way she got her credits back so the problem should be resolved right?

......I guess that is actaully three questions.....lol

*********Ok the lady resolved the problem so all  is good in the land of books "sigh"

You're fine I think.  If you look at your credit registry it will show that you buddied her the credits.  Probably the refund button keeps all of the transaction information together....????....just my guess.

I think as long as the receiver marks the transaction resolved it doesn't matter how the credits were received.
