A very good book about single parents from the father's point of view, shows his vulnerable side as he is raising his young son and the problems when the mom re-enters the picture.

When Gordon Nash's wife walks away from their marriage and their 4 year old son, Gordon is left to raise his son on his own. This is the story of the trials of a single father. The trials and errors of just "workin it all out" the best he can. It's sad, funny and down to earth. Gordon is likeable and works hard to help his son adjust and be happy. Enter the mother again. What a holy mess!! It's a story well written. I liked the book-- it was a good read.
