One of Michael Prescott's best so far! I could not put this one down. This one keeps the tension high until the very end and there are plot twists that you just did not see coming! Prescott does a great job in creating a believable serial killer as well as making him an *almost* likeable character. I would highly recommend this book!

This is one of those books, once you start it's hard to put it down. Every time I thought I had it figured out, the plot would take an unexpected turn. As soon as I finished it, I started looking for more Michael Prescott books. I intend to read every one of them!!!

Couldn't stick with it, the first 100 pages just drag out and drag out and the story isn't a new one, other authors have done the same or close to it.

Robin Cameron is a brilliant scientist on the verge of a breakthrough in psychiatric treatment for mental patients. But first she must enter the unforgiving darkness of their minds. One patient is Justin Gray--a serial killer who favors teenage girls. Another patient is traumatized LAPD cop Alan Brand. He doesn't want Robin playing with his memories--because he has a secret about his last night on the streets that no living soul should ever know. Then Brand disappears. So does Robin's teenage daughter. Now it's time for Gray to play with Robin's mind and lead her to a place far darker than she's ever ventured to before...."A psychological thriller...for those with a high terror threshold".
