First I've ever read from the Bombshell series from Silhoutte. It was OK. Not alot of romance per se, but that is somewhat in line with the current trend in paranormal type books. The characters have a tougher edge to them.

Another in the Madonna keys line, a little hard to get into at first but then ended up good.

I really like the Madonna Key Series. I like the characters and plot line. I'll be looking for more in this series.

I didn't like this as much as the other books in the Madonna Key series. Too predictable.

Aubrey de Lune is much more than an art thief, but she doesn't know it until she finds out that her employers are the ones that trapped her into a life of crime in order to track down the descendants of a group of powerful women that the Catholic Church has long sought to destroy and she is one of them.

This is book 3 of the Madonna Key series. Each book stands alone but it is better to read them in the order that that they occur. The books are by different authors.
Book 1 is LOST CALLING by Evelyn Vaughn
Book 2 is HAUNTED ECHOES by Cindy Dees.

I was a little concerned when I received this book - I hadn't realized it was a Silhouette book, which I generally find to be a little light and forgettable for my taste. However, this book captured my interest with its themes of a mysterious legacy handed down from the sister of Joan of Arc, the power generated by ley lines, and uses and misuses of crystals.

Although the book just skims over these themes, the story kept me interested. It definitely could have been developed into a longer, deeper novel, but it was worth reading for me. I wish that the same author had written a follow-up.
