Just received The Darkest Night by Ron Franscell and there is a super blurb by Ann Rule on the cover. Ann says it is 'hypnotic, very, very, good read by a very, very good author'. Has anyone else read it. I'm thinking if Ann Rule calls it very, very good it must be very, very good! This will be the first book by this author for me. |

I read it many years ago, but it is a story that will stay with you forever. My best recommendation is to keep the kleenex handy. |

I'm a little over half way and it is a good one. I just wish I hadnt figured out how it ends by looking at the pictures. |

Finished the book. Gave it 5 stars. One of the better TC books, I think. I loved how the author had a personal connection to the story. Only someone who has lived in the town could have described it as well as he did.
For those of you who have read the book, do you think she jumped off the bridge on purpose? Did she plan it or was it a spur of the moment decision? Or was she pushed? |

I don;t know if she planned ahead of time to jump but I think for some reason on that day when she went there she lost it.To bad there wasn;t someone to stop her,I think it was spur of the moment survior guilt is awful from what I have heard and read. It is so so sad. |
