This is a textbook intended for homeschoolers published by Pathway Publishers which is either a Mennonite or an Amish company. This is an easy reader for grade 1 students to practice independent reading with. Copyright is 1975. In keeping with Amish principles people's faces are not shown. Illustrations are black and white and hand drawn and the content obviously shows more old fashioned scenes such as no electrical things, no cars, farm life, etc.
