If you want to read a book that you can't put down - this one's for you. Tom and Jackie Hawks were a happy couple beloved by family and friends. When they retired, they sold their house, bought a yacht and settled on the Sea. When their first grandchild arrives they decide to sell the yacht so they could be around their family. Skylar Deleon was not a "child actor" like he told everyone. He was a sneaky, souless, little twerp who did whatever he wanted and lied while doing it. When he met his wife Jennifer an equally obnoxious troll, the two were a perfect match made in hell. Skylar takes his pregnant wife and two year old child on the yacht to prove to the Hawks he is a sincere family man who wants the boat and has the cash to buy it. When Skylar returns with two friends, the Hawks soon realize the mistake they had made in trusting Deleon. What comes next is what horror movies are made of - I don't want to divulge too much because if you haven't heard the story, you will not want to miss this book!

I picked this book up as a follow up to a previous one I read about the same case.

Vanished at Sea The True Story of a Child TV Actor and Double Murder
Author: Tina Dirmann

I really enjoyed "vanished at sea" and feel it gives a better behind the scenes and details of the victims, killers and life for everyone involved.
I definitely recommend it over this one.

I picked up this one to see what happened since and read it to read the captivating story again. It was okay but again I feel "vanished at sea" is better.
