I've seen someplace where PBS members offered deals on books on their bookshelf or readable books not up to PBS standards. Where should these offers be made?

Check out the Book Bazaar. There is a damaged thread on there where the unpostables are. You can also find some in the BB threads.

The book bazaar is set up for the deals. It's down a few lines in the discussion forum list the Big Circus Tent icon.
