In this sixth installment of the Dearest Dorothy series, Dorothy's son Jacob moves back to Partonville to take over the law office. He also still seems interested in Katie. Katie's mini mall project is continuing on but with very vocal opposition from Sam. Gladys has a surprising opponate in the upcoming mayoral race.
