I really enjoyed this book, it kept me up way late. Even though you think you have it figured out, you don't. Keeps you guessing until the very end. Very good read.

I've been reading this series since the beginning and really enjoyed them at first. As it goes on, however, I find that some of it's charm is beginning to wear off. The descriptions of Vegas-life were entertaining, but overall Abby's adventures seemed a bit too unrealistic. I would have rather had a little more interaction between Abby and her boyfriend Dutch.

My biggest pet peeve, though, was the author's overuse of the word "boogie". Abby and her friends were constantly "boogie"-ing off somewhere. Seriously, pick a new verb already.

I'll probably hold on to the first 3 or 4 books in this series (and I would recommend checking them out if you haven't) but I may be swapping the rest.

this book was good, but something was ...... lacking. The plot was confusing at times, and I think there were just too many characters involved here.

Dutch and Abby go to Las Vegas in search of his abducted cousin, Chase (and Chases' business associate) When Dutch goes missing, Abby pulls her resources and her friends to find Dutch and solve the mystery. However things get dangerous when the FBI start hunting her down! With a lot of undercover interviews, a bit of gambling and a little luck, Abby gets herself in and out of some crazy situations.

This fun mystery kept me turning the pages.

Victoria Laurie's stories are page turners, and her characters are very real and likable. This one has her following up on some tips she was given in the last Psychic Eye story, and also elude to some excitement in store for the next story.

If you like the others in this series, you will enjoy this one. You do have to suspend questioning the ability.

My enjoyment of this series has been kicked back into high gear with this installment. Dutch and Abby head to Las Vegas after his cousin and the man he was working for are kidnapped. Upon arriving in Vegas, the clues seem to lead to more than they originally thought.

All of a sudden, Dutch disappears without trace and Abby suspects time is running out for him. To make matters worse, the FBI and local authorities think Dutch is somehow involved in the kidnappings. When they turn up the heat on Abby, she does the only thing anyone can do. She goes into hiding and enlists the help of her sister, Cat and business partner, Candice.

I enjoyed the twists and turns in this story and how events from earlier books finally get closure in this story. Candices antics provide some much needed comic relief during the investigation into Dutchs disappearance. The next story looks to be interesting too as this one ends with Abby being offered more direct involvement with the FBI. Hopefully, Candice will continue to play a major role as I really like this character. Where Abby is reserved and cautious, Candice is outgoing and daring. Their personalities complement each other like two halve of a whole.

Fans of cozy mystery stories will enjoy the interesting storyline this series provides without the campy silliness a lot of other series seem to lean toward.

Abby and her Boyfriend Dutch are off to Las Vegas. Dutch's cousin has been kidnapped. Good book has some a lot of high intense action scenes. Yes some things are over the top and hard to swallow but the story was consistent.

Like all of Laurie's books this one is a romp. An easy read, characters you like and a good strong plot.

The blub goes: It took a while for Abby Coopers FBI agent boyfriend, Dutch Rivers, to accept her psychic gifts as the real deal. But these days he knows better than to question Abbys visions. So when his favorite cousin Chase is kidnapped in Vegas, they both catch the next flight to Sin City. Abbys inner eye insists that Chase is still alive, but nothing else about the case adds upespecially Dutchs reluctance to involve his own Bureau.

On top of everything, Dutch is battling a mysterious illness, and Abby keeps having disturbing dreams that predict his death. Dutch wants Abby to promise that if the investigation goes south, shell head home to safety. But when the chips are down, Abby wont fold without a fight...
