"Bony" gets arrested and is forced to paint the outside wall of a police office a sickly yellow. But that's not the worst of it. As he patiently plods along, as he is wont to do with his investigations, a young girl is attacked. As she holds the clue to the windmills and is unable to tell him what she knows, and with three deaths already, Bony is forced to reveal himself and speed up his investigation. Beware of Red Herrings!
