Excellent writing but I am a fan of Mr. Phelps books. This one just proves people can be crazy, and easily manipulated. Almost scary that a persons mid can be so controlled they would commit murder for another. Go figure!!! All in all a good read for true crime buffs.

Well written, interesting crime, just perhaps not Phelps best book. I would have enjoyed it more had the author not been so relentlessly critical of the scheming murderess. Yes, she's evil - but sort of one-note in the telling. Still a good read.
