Do any of you have the problem that I have?  I  finish a book and then have the hardest time deciding what to read next!!!!  Geez - with PBS my bookshelves are so full and I have such a wide selection I just can never decide what to read next!

Yes. I have definitely been there. It's frustrating sometimes because I have so many good books to read, yet I can't decide on one.

Boy do I ever know what you mean.  I have the hardest time deciding what to read too.  I'll sit there and look at my bookshelves for what seems forever and still not have made a decision LOL  You are definitely not alone!

This is me too!!  I'll pick one out, put it back, pick another out, no not that one, do that 5 times and then finally pick what I want.  Geez!!!  You'd think I was making some life ending choice or something!!!

I have a shelf on one of my bookcases that is just for books that I want to read soon.  I usually just pick something off of that shelf.  And then as the books get read, I always have more to add to it.

Sometimes when I get stuck like that I'll check out a buddy's WL... sometimes it helps me choose something if I see someone I "know" is waiting for it...

When that happens to me I go to an old favorite and re-read that.  It makes me so content to visit familiar places and favorite characters!  By the time I am done reading it again, I usually know what I am in the mood to start on next.

I don't have a hard time picking a book up, but sometimes after about 20 pages I realize that I'm just not in the mood for that particular genre. So I'll put it down and switch to another one until I find one that succeeds in grabbing my attention.

I think I'm going to start checking out my TBR list and check out what's auto wl'ed. A lot of the books I have aren't but it will help, I hope! I have a very hard time making up my mind...

I'm like you, Cheryl. I can't continue to read a book if I keep putting it down to do something else, hoping it will get better the more I read.
