Kooser has become one of my favorite poets since I was introduced to his work in graduate schools. This collection is all "delights," I enjoyed it greatly.

Great poetry...no wonder he's a Poet Laureate.

I had the privilege of hearing Ted Kooser read his poetry a few months ago at a local university. He is such a nice, quiet, gentle man, and his poetry is an extension of his personality. I like to call his poems "snapshots" of the world around him. They are pictures of a moment in time, described in a way that you experience the moment with each of your senses. I highly, highly recommend this book, as well as his other works.
