My sister shipped me something via Priority Express that should arrive tomorrow.  She did not request a signature.  It is very important to her that I receive it tomorrow.  I may not be home before the mail is delivered. Will my postal carrier leave it at my door if no signature is required?  Is there anything I can do to help make sure the package is left at the door instead of a notice?

Thanks for any advice!

Depends on how your PO usually delivers packages.  If they feel safe leaving packages at your address, there's a good chance they will leave a non-signature package.  Unknown or not-so-safe neighborhood may get a Pick-Up slip instead.  You could also try leaving a note or calling your local Post Office to let them know you want the package left (and where, if you have special directions).
